Probably yields 24 muffins, we had industrial pans
Dry ingredients:
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tbs arrowroot powder
1 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
3/4 warm apple juice
1 1/2 cup barley malt
2 tsp yeast
⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 1 1/2 pints blueberries:
*1 pint = 2½ cups
*1½ pint = 3½ cups

Mixing:
Mix first three wet ingredient, let yeast activate.
Then add oil, vanilla.
Sift flour, arrowroot and salt.
Mix wet and dry together, don't mix too long.
Stir in blueberries.
Fill muffin tins.
Bake 400° for 15-20 min. or untill golden brown.
