Dry ingredients:
22 oz flour
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs baking soda
11/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
===6 ripe bananas
6oz toasted walnuts crushed
Wet ingredients:
11/2 cups maple syrup
1/4 cup barley malt
1 stick willow run margarine or butter
1/2 cup veg. oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbs tahini
3/4 cup soy milk or what you use for milk
1 lemon juiced
Mixing:
Combine dry ingredients and sift together.
Whisk first 4 wet into a cream, add next 4 and whisk.
Add mashed bannas and walnuts to wet mixture.
Combine dry and wet till well mixed but not overly.
Pour into bread oiled bread pan.
Bake at 350° for 35/45 minutes untill toothpick in center comes out mostly dry.
Let rest for 10/20 minutes on wire rack, turn out on wire rack.

Dry ingredients:
Makes 4 loaves.
12-14 cups flour
2 tbs salt
4 cups raisins

3 tbs yeast
Wet ingredients:
6 cups warm water
1/2 cup oil
1/6 cup honey
Mixing:
Mix water and honey add yeast, let site 5 min.
Roll raisins in hands coating them with enough flour to separate them.
Sift flour and salt together.
Mix floured raisins with flour/salt mixture.
Add oil to yeast mixture, add the above flour mixture.
Knead till smooth, let rise, punch down twice, form into loaves, let rise in pans.
Bake at 350° for 35 min.
